Its just a 72 (smaller than a GT4202) which would flow shy of 100#/min. A really rough rule of thumb I use is flow (in #/min) times 10 and that is roughly the flywheel achievable. This is no clear cut equation, just a very rough one (depends on many factors) The TH400 and converter will zap a ton of power but they are simple/cheap to throw power at.
700-750 through a TH400 on E85 and 1000cc injectors would likely not happen with a reasonable base fuel pressure. 700RWHP on E85 through a 5spd and 1000cc injectors is really pushing it.
